The Cambridge Town and Gown 10k, scheduled for Sunday, October 6, 2024, is a scenic and charitable running event that supports Muscular Dystrophy UK. This closed-road race takes participants through the heart of Cambridge, passing iconic landmarks such as historic university buildings and the picturesque River Cam.
